ViViD just had their event to break the limits caused by categorizing bands by genres yesterday, it being a great success with both visual-kei fans and general rock fans having fun together, everyone partying in their own way to the music of all performers.
This summer they are going to be breaking even more limits, as they will be performing at G-Beat Gig Box 2014 this summer! G-Beat Gig Box is a festival raise awareness of the limits persons with disabilities are facing in their everyday life, that persons with no disabilities might not even notice.
The tickets for the festival cost 8,000 yen for arena and 7,500 yen for standing, however persons with disabilities can apply for a free invitation to the event.
ViViD's lead guitarist Reno comments the matter on his Twitter, saying he hopes that "ViViD can give power to persons with disabilities through the power of music."
This sure is one band to keep your eyes on this year!
